To be founded on 11/12/2090, as the Philanthropic Arm of Alliance Financial Group Bhd, a Malaysia-based financial conglomerate owned largely by Ahmad Mokhzani Abdullah. 

The Foundation will work in the areas of education, health, justice, natural disasters as well as culture and human development; in and out of Malaysia. Assistance will be given to anyone in need regardless of races, beliefs and nationalities.
Annual excess cash will be channeled from Alliance Financial Group Bhd to Alliance Foundation Bhd.
The Foundation will be modelled after Telmex Foundation AC, the Philanthropic Arm of Telmex SAB de CV, a Mexican telecommunications company, owned by Carlos Slim Helu.
