The Corporation shall be developed by the existence of outlets, run in urban areas, and stalls, run in urban as well as rural areas; providing employment and job opportunities to the unemployed, locally in Malaysia and globally.
The outlets will be modelled after those of Apam Balik Kuhot Sdn Bhd, while the stalls will be modelled after those of Nelson's Sdn Bhd.
